How do I place an order?

Find the products you like Add them to the shopping cart When ready to check out, open shopping cart and click "Check out" Enter your shipping address to review the total cost Enter your payment method Confirm your order

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our Customer Support so that we process your request. Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, it may not be cancelled. You would need to return the items in the order. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need an account to place an order, although if you have an account you can save your shipping address so that you won't need to enter it again for future orders. You can also track your orders more easily.

How do I track my orders?

Log in to your account, and enter My Account, then Orders.


Can I return a product?

You may return a product if it doesn't match its description, is different from what you ordered, or has defects.

What products are not eligible for return?

The following products are not eligible for return: Opened and used cosmetics or supplements, Items with wear and tear, Opened electronics with no defect or damage Some apparel including underwear or shapewear, swimwear, socks and hosiery,

How do I return an item?

You can contact our customer support regarding the item you wish to return with an explanation. If your request is approved, we will provide the shipping instruction for you to send the item to the maker of the item. After the maker examines and accepts the returned item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price for the item. The refund will be credited to your payment method for the order.


What are the shipping costs?

For orders exceeding USD $100 from each maker, shipping to any country is free. Depending on the category and value of products, the buyers may need to pay custom duty in their home countries.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all countries and regions in Asia, including but not limited to: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It varies with the maker and buyer, but on average the shipping time is 7-14 days.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

Do you keep my payment method details?

After we submit your provided payment method details to our payment processing gateways for processing for your order, we do not retail your payment details after your order is completed.

How do you secure my payment data?

We use the industry-leading payment platform to handle your payments. We do not keep track of your payment method details. We will also not share your transaction history with any third-party companies.


What if I find the same items sold for less by the same maker elsewhere?

You won't pay more for buying from us than what the maker charges for the same items. If you find the same items you like sold for less by the maker, just send us the information and we will honor the lowest price for your items. Please note that this only applies to direct sales by the same makers of the same items. It doesn't apply to items sold by third-party sellers.


How do I know that the products are authentic?

We work directly with makers who make their own products, not third-party sellers. Everything we sell are supplied directly by our makers. Your orders will also be shipped directly by the makers with purchase receipts.
