Q: Can I return products from my order for refund?

If the following happens to your order, you may return the products for refund:

  • Products are damaged or defected
  • Products do not match the order information (e.g. wrong size)

Please note that some products may be different than their pictures.

You can contact our Customer Support to request for return.

Q: What products are not eligible for return?

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened and used cosmetics and supplements
  • Items with wear and tear
  • Opened electronics with no defect or damage
  • Underwear, shapewear, swimwear, socks and hosiery

Products not on the above list will be evaluated case by case. Please contact our Customers Support for questions.

Q: How can I request return of products from my order?

You can contact our Customers Support. We will request for information about the items, including pictures and reason for return.

Once we decide that the items are eligible for return, we will send you the shipping instruction for you to send the items to the maker.

After the maker receives your returned items, they will verify them to ensure that they meet the conditions for return. When we receive their approval, we will issue you a full refund of the amount you pay for the items. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment for the items.

Q: Can you request exchange of products?

If your product is eligible for return, you can request for exchange instead of refund. You will receive a new item from the maker.
