If the order value of products from a maker exceeds USD $100, shipping is free for the products from the maker in the order.
If the order value is below USD $100, there will shipping cost based on the product category, weight and dimensions.

Customs duty is already included in the shipping cost of each order, so you won’t need to pay additionally.

Q: What happens if my package is lost in shipping?
If your order doesn’t arrive beyond the regular shipping time, please contact our Customer Support. We will contact the shipping company for your order. In case your order is lost, you will receive full refund of your order amount.
